Our service packages are designed to offer flexibility and value, whether provided in-office or at-home. Discounts may be applied to these packages, reflecting our commitment to making wellness accessible and affordable.

Once a service package is purchased, it is final and non-refundable. This applies to both in-office and at-home services. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except in specific situations outlined below.

3. Neurofeedback Training Variability

Neurofeedback training efficiency may vary per individual based on their brain’s recording. It is important to understand that results can fluctuate over time due to the nature of the brain’s adaptive processes. These variations are a normal part of the training and do not qualify for refunds.

4. Technical Issues and Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if 0% of the neurofeedback training or brain mapping is recorded due to technical issues. This applies when there is a complete failure to record any data during the session, making the service ineffective. In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of the session to discuss potential remedies, including the possibility of a refund.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the specific exception of 0% recording, please contact us with your session details and a description of the technical issue. Our team will review your request and determine eligibility based on our policy.

6. Digital Service Content

Any digital products or supplementary materials related to our services are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, in line with industry standards. By purchasing our service packages, you agree to this Refund Policy.
